About the Teachers

Tricia Phillips grew up in Gresham, OR.  She was married for 29 years and spent 21 of those years in Gardner, KS, with her family.  Her oldest son, daughter-in-love, and two adorable grandbabies live in Virginia Beach where her son is a Community Pastor.  Her youngest son lives in Keizer, OR, and works locally as a Pharmacist.  Tricia spent 2 years volunteering as a group facilitator at a women's Christian counseling center in Olathe, KS, providing encouragement, support and tools to heal for women who were in difficult marriages and relationships.  After her divorce in 2019, God moved her back to Oregon, made a way to complete her BS at Corban University, provided a job with the State of Oregon and led her into ministry at JBC for others facing the challenges of divorce.  She loves the Lord and wants others to know that He wants to walk with them during the dark seasons of life.
